Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We do not sell your personal data — ever.
Shop Tracker is operated by Taylor Grisham, doing business as Grisham Interactive DBA Shop Tracker, a sole proprietorship based in California. You can reach us at support@shoptracker.work.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.
Shop Data: Routes, stops, assignments, job IDs, pay amounts, vendor information, due dates, and notes that you enter into the app are stored in your personal account.
Mileage & Location Data: If you use GPS tracking, we collect GPS coordinates to calculate driving mileage. Location data is stored in your account and is not shared with third parties. Background location access (Android) is used only while a mileage tracking session is active.
Payment & Expense Records: Payment logs, reimbursements, and expense entries you record in the app are stored in your account.
Usage Data: We collect your app version, last login date, and platform (web or Android) to help us support you and improve the app.
Feedback: If you submit feedback through the app, we store your message and email address to follow up with you.
Beta Applications & Waitlist: If you apply for beta access or join the waitlist through our website, we collect the information you provide in those forms.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.
The AI Import feature uses Anthropic's Claude API to process assignment text and screenshots you submit. This content is sent to Anthropic's servers for processing and is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We recommend not submitting any personally sensitive information beyond your shop assignments.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database with row-level security. This means your data is only accessible by you and authorized Shop Tracker administrators.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We do not have access to your password.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
Shop Tracker is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their account promptly.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your information (we do not sell personal information).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
