Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Shop Tracker. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and TGG Consulting LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as Grisham Interactive ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Shop Tracker (the "Service") at shoptracker.work or through our Android application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Shop Tracker is a mystery shopping management application that provides route optimization, GPS mileage tracking, AI-powered assignment import, payment tracking, expense logging, and analytics tools for independent mystery shoppers.

To use Shop Tracker you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Shop Tracker offers three subscription plans. All subscriptions are purchased through our website. The Android app does not sell subscriptions; it is included with the Full Access and Premium plans and is unlocked by signing in with a subscribed account.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.
Web Only is limited to browser-based access. Full Access adds the Android application and background GPS mileage tracking. Premium adds a higher monthly AI Import allowance. Current allowances are shown on our pricing page.
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Accounts created through a partner link receive a longer free trial, currently thirty (30) days, and also receive one additional free month applied automatically to their first subscription purchased through our website. Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are billed by Google and we cannot apply an account credit to them, so the bonus month is not available on Google Play purchases. The trial length and the bonus month are set by the partner arrangement in force when the account is created, they are shown before you complete sign up, and they apply to that one account only. A partner offer is granted at account creation and cannot be added to an existing account. Partner arrangements may be started or ended at any time; ending one does not affect accounts already created under it.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Selected users may participate in the Shop Tracker Beta Program. All beta testers receive free access for the duration of the beta testing period. Continuing access after the Service launches commercially depends on the type of beta access granted to that tester:
The type of access granted to you is shown in your account. Where it is not stated, six-month access applies.
Beta access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked if a tester fails to provide meaningful feedback or violates these Terms.
Shop Tracker uses artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic's Claude to assist with importing and organizing shop assignments. By using the AI import feature, you agree that your submitted text and screenshots may be processed by Anthropic's API in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy.
AI-generated results are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted information and recommend verifying imported data before use.
The Android application may collect GPS location data to track mileage during mystery shopping routes. Location data is stored locally on your device and in your personal account on our secure servers. We do not sell or share your location data with third parties.
Background GPS tracking requires you to grant "Allow all the time" location permission on your Android device. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
Your shop data, routes, mileage logs, payment records, and expenses are stored securely in your personal account. We do not access, share, or sell your personal shop data.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Shop Tracker, its logo, name, and all associated software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of TGG Consulting LLC DBA Grisham Interactive. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service, including your routes, shop notes, and payment records.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of mileage calculations, route optimizations, or AI-generated import results. These tools are provided to assist you and should be verified independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, TGG Consulting LLC DBA Grisham Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time.
How to cancel a subscription bought on our website. Open the app, go to Settings, and use Manage Subscription. That opens the billing portal where you can cancel immediately. You can also email us at support@shoptracker.work and we will cancel it for you.
Subscriptions are not sold through Google Play. The Shop Tracker Android app does not offer in-app purchases. If you installed the app from Google Play, your subscription is still purchased and managed on our website, and Google is not involved in the transaction.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until cancelled. A monthly plan renews every month and an annual plan renews every twelve months. You may cancel at any time using the steps above, and cancelling before the renewal date prevents the next charge. For annual plans bought on our website we will send a reminder email to the address on your account before the renewal is charged, including the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel.
If you believe you were charged in error on a website purchase, contact us at support@shoptracker.work within 30 days of the charge.
From time to time we run promotional offers. Unless the offer says otherwise, an offer applies to one account only, cannot be combined with another offer, and applies to subscriptions purchased through our website.
Launch offer. Subscribe to a monthly plan on our website on or before October 31, 2026 and your second month is free, applied automatically as an account credit after your first payment. After that the plan continues at its normal monthly price.
Referrals. When someone you invite subscribes to a paid plan on our website, we add one month of credit to your account. There is no limit on how many referral credits you can earn. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and are void if the referred subscription is refunded or reversed.
AI Import is metered in credits. One shop costs one credit, with a minimum of three credits per import, so importing shops in batches goes further than importing them one at a time. Your monthly allowance is set by your plan and is shown on our pricing page and in the app.
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. New accounts also receive a separate one-time pool of credits for importing shops completed before joining Shop Tracker; that pool expires two months after signup. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable. We may adjust allowances with notice, and we may limit or suspend AI Import on an account that uses it in a way that is abusive or automated.
If you submit a review, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and that you are a real user of the Service. We may publish it, decline to publish it, or remove it at any time. Published reviews show the first name, last initial and location you provided; we never publish your email address. By submitting a review you give us permission to display it on our website and in our marketing. You can ask us to remove your review at any time by emailing support.
Shop Tracker reports mileage, expenses, income summaries, 1099 reimbursement totals and self-employment tax estimates as a record-keeping convenience, calculated from the information you enter. These figures are not tax, legal or financial advice, are not prepared or reviewed by an accountant, and may not reflect your circumstances or current tax rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own filings. Consult a qualified tax professional before relying on any figure the app produces.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
