Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Shop Tracker. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Taylor Grisham, doing business as Grisham Interactive DBA Shop Tracker ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship operating in the State of California.
By accessing or using Shop Tracker (the "Service") at shoptracker.work or through our Android application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Shop Tracker is a mystery shopping management application that provides route optimization, GPS mileage tracking, AI-powered assignment import, payment tracking, expense logging, and analytics tools for independent mystery shoppers.

To use Shop Tracker you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Shop Tracker offers the following subscription plans:
Full Access includes access to the Android app and background GPS mileage tracking. Web Only is limited to browser-based access.
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Selected users may participate in the Shop Tracker Beta Program. Beta testers receive free access during the beta testing period and six (6) months of free access after the Service launches commercially, after which standard subscription pricing applies.
Beta access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked if a tester fails to provide meaningful feedback or violates these Terms.
Shop Tracker uses artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic's Claude to assist with importing and organizing shop assignments. By using the AI import feature, you agree that your submitted text and screenshots may be processed by Anthropic's API in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy.
AI-generated results are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted information and recommend verifying imported data before use.
The Android application may collect GPS location data to track mileage during mystery shopping routes. Location data is stored locally on your device and in your personal account on our secure servers. We do not sell or share your location data with third parties.
Background GPS tracking requires you to grant "Allow all the time" location permission on your Android device. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
Your shop data, routes, mileage logs, payment records, and expenses are stored securely in your personal account. We do not access, share, or sell your personal shop data.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Shop Tracker, its logo, name, and all associated software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Grisham Interactive DBA Shop Tracker. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service, including your routes, shop notes, and payment records.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of mileage calculations, route optimizations, or AI-generated import results. These tools are provided to assist you and should be verified independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Grisham Interactive DBA Shop Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@shoptracker.work within 30 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
